That is why we came up with our promise. We will strive to close your loan 100% of the time, so long as you provide us with everything we need.
Of course, certain circumstances are out of our control. If there are significant changes to your original application (changed employment status, lack of funds, etc) we will not be able to offer this guarantee. We can only be certain that we can close your loan if you maintain your pre-approved status throughout the process. We will need all documentation up front so there are no surprises as we move along in the process.
If for some reason we fail to deliver on our promise to close your loan and it was a fault of our own, we will refund you for every dollar you spent during the process with us (appraisals, etc.). But don’t worry, this has never happened!

To start your mortgage process with MyLendingPal, reach out to us by applying online or talking to an expert on the phone or via chat. All you need to do is supply us with information on what your goals are and what questions you may have. We will then go over your income and assets to make sure you have everything you need to get a loan. Every situation is unique so it is critical to give us a call so that we can guide you in the right direction. You may see something online that indicates that you may not qualify for a loan, but you shouldn’t fret as we may be able to work out a solution for you.
2. Explore The Options
Once we have worked together and gone through your personal documents to pre-approve your loan, we can go over all the various mortgage options and find a solution that works the best for you and your goals. Mortgages can be down right confusing but we like to make it a simple and enjoyable process as we educate you in all the various options and products. We will help you customize the perfect mortgage product that works best for you and your goals.
3. Lock & Load
At this point we have found a product and locked in an interest rate. Awesome! From here on it is simple. You sit back and relax while we do all the work. We will submit the loan in for underwriting and then work through any outstanding conditions. We get this done so fast, it will be done and over with before you even know it. We are cruising on our way to the closing at this point. We even take the extra step to make sure that all parties involved are up to date on everything we are doing. We send out status updates to you via text and email. We also send them to your realtor and the other realtor involved in the transaction so you do not have to worry about updating them with your status all the time.
4. Close Your Loan
Once we make it to the finish line, we can close your loan on your schedule. Let us know when and where you want to close and we will make it happen.
